"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"The property definitely did not meet our expectations: especially the accommodation. Don’t know where to start : Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose . The mattress was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in and after 4 nights my back is in pain . The terrace door did not lock so my wife really...

"Beach is beautiful in front of property. Staff was subpar. Dining at location expensive compared to neighbor hotels. Food on the hotel to the left was better and much more affordable. Dangerous road to get to location from Recife. City nearby (Tamandaré) has a certain charm but overcrowded, trash everywhere, construction trucks. Chaos! "

"Pousada ok. A roupa de cama e banho não eram brancas, e sim meio encardidas. O vaso sanitário tava encardido também! Não tinha local de pendurar toalha de rosto pois estava quebrada. O quarto em si é ok, mas tinha pontos de infiltração na parede e teto. No geral a suíte era ok. O café da manhã era bom. E a localização é boa também, perto da praia. A piscina é boa e a área externa da pousada bem completa, com redes e espreguiçadeiras."

"Excellent stay. Staff was very kind and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel is amazing, and the restaurant was superb. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a minor issue where the room was a bit different than the pictures, but they quickly recognized the mistake and compensated us more than fairly. Would stay again."
