"Well equipped property. All reasonably clean however some of the ornaments and artificial flower decorations were extremely dated and dusty. Hall runners and mats were a high risk trip hazard due to curling edges etc. Everything you need is there and beds very comfortable. Cottage is light and sunny Few maintenance issues with remotes for tv etc not working But generally a pleasant stay"

"It was an ideal location for our visit to Evandale, close to everything we wanted to do and very well presented. The cottage is nicely renovated, it was warm (a must in a Tassie autumn) and quiet. We didn’t have a lot to do with the owners but found the lady very friendly when we did. Definitely recommended."

The host was very friendly, the place was absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed and more. It’s a great spot, close to the city and Cataract Gorge - but also a great place to relax in. Definitely THE place to stay in Launceston- we will be back!"
