We had a great stay, but definitely have some issues, they were short staffed on cleaning crew, our room did not get cleaned the first day. The room was pretty clean but I noticed a lot of debris behind chairs and bedding. Our room was very spacious which was nice but there was only 1 chair to sit in besides the bed. There was plenty of room to have a couple comfortable chairs to sit in or even a couch. We were very disappointed that there was no little fridge or microwave in the room, especially since there was so much space for it. I have to emphasize though on the breakfast and dinner, it was absolutely outstanding and delicious!!

Their continental breakfast was better than expected. Everything we tried was delicious. We had a chance to visit briefly with the mother/daughter duo that works the kitchen, and they informed us that breakfast is served fresh every morning (fresh eggs, nothing frozen, etc.), and they try to make something different every day. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The bar tender was friendly, front desk was helpful. Thank you for a cozy stay in the mountains.

I really liked the hotel itself. The room was very chilly when I came in, and took quite a while to warm up. I loved the space of the room, and the amenities. Those were great! Overall, I had a very good experience.

The property itself was nice and the staff was nice. However, bathroom doors did not close and lock. There were roofers working on the roof at the time of our stay and we were not notified so for about an hour or so we had a whole bunch of noise above our heads. Time of our stay, this is no fault of the hotel but my wife had got a fishhook poked into her foot when we were walking around her room got missed and we barely saw it overall the stay was quiet and welcoming

I went off season. It was quiet the weekend we went. I had a two bedroom. I could hear the room next door in the living room but the bedroom was quiet. Newer remodel. Breakfast was real eggs, special breakfast casserole. The cook and her daughter are excellent and care about the product. We loved the Tapas we tried at the restaurant.

Sorry, cant recommend at this time.
While the rooms are clean and look great, they are missing microwaves and refrigerators. This is not Las Vegas. Its an Idaho mountain town. Things close early. I can't fathom how this wasn't done. We cant recommend do to the service. It was clear on our arrival that the Hilton System was having issues. Front desk did not know what rooms were ready, numer hand written notes to call people when rooms were ready (us included, no call by the way). The TV Service also runs trough Hilton. Was not working. No problem, can deal with is....but the no sense of urgency to fix the problem is where the issue lies. These were clearly not working the whole weekend. Hilton Honors wifi did not recognize us being checked in. Honors kept asking for me to pick a room. Keys had to be made in a backup system that clearly was not showing us in a room. Ultimately my wife and I can't recommend due to the front desk staff and their inability to solve problems. They need two work stations at the front desk, as they are easily overwelmed. They're inexperience in customer service is clear. People who look down and don''t acknowledge customers until you are in their face are in my opinion hoping not to be bothered.
