"My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. "This was our first time staying at an "off-grid" hotel, and it was very pleasant. It i a difficult place to get to, requires a cr and a boat ride from the airport, which was included in the price of the stay. Bring lots of mosquito repellent. "AMAZING! Staying at Lucho’s Ecoaventuras Amazonicas was the highlight of our one month trip in Peru this June! "Carlos was amazing picking us up at the airport. The accommodations were pretty marginal and the disco next door was a huge bummer. LOUD music until 2 AM granted it was a Friday night and Peruvian Independence Day. We had a very tasty breakfast made for us when we woke up. In the morning Carlos' wife was incredible. She helped us sort out our rainforest lodge booking."
