The hotel staff were all friendly and hospitable. Although we pre-requested a king deluxe room, there was no availability and had to settle for two twin beds. The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.
The rooms did feel a bit outdated.
The pool was decent sized and the gym was a bit small with lack of sequent equipment.
Location was very good, with access to Ayala Mall and plenty of food options and jeepney stops.

Overall, this property offers the best bang for the buck. However, if you need to make some reservations especially for Christmas and New Year celebrations, please make sure to ask for clarifications so that you know what you get. For example, if you need to dine in the open air for that celebration party, you need to tell hotel concierge clearly.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. The shower water pressure was very high and very hot. That alone gets a 5-star.
However, the food quality (ie the fish products) from their restaurant needs to be better managed.

"I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. ..."
