Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don't miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very family friendly. Plenty of places for the kids to play while you sit by the water and at night the fire was really nice. Very clean. Owners were super responsive and friendly. I definitely Recommend staying here.

Great location.
Cozy little spot for our girls trip. The 3 of us took up every inch of that space, but coming from different parts of the country and it only being a weekend trip we didn't mind the closeness. The only thing that felt small was the kitchen. Lovely view of the water. The swing and chairs on the sand were a relaxing change of pace from the crowded beachfront. The condo is conveniently located to pretty much anything you'd like to do. We had a fun trip and would book again.

Perfect place to enjoy the sunsets and be close to downtown
We were very pleased with the property. We loved the sunsets, beach and the restaurant. We were in town for our son's wedding and the place did not disappoint. It was convenient to get some exercise jogging the causeway. It was close to the airport to pick up family. The beach was super clean. Our bed was very comfortable. There was a Keurig which my husband loved. The decor is very beachy and to our liking. My adult daughter and her boyfriend slept on the pull out couch one night and said it was very comfortable. We will be back.

Great for a weekend get away
The condo had a beautiful view of the bay and the firepit, porch swing, chairs in the outdoor space were a great touch. Close to a paved walkway on the bay for running and just 30 minutes to Clearwater Beach gave ample opportunities to enjoy the perfect weather! The condo was clean, well decorated, and exactly as pictured and promised.

Communication with owners was none existent despite reaching out to both. There wasn't a café that we saw. There was a large group staying there that enjoyed smoking a green leafed plant (not the owners fault). Wifi was not functioning the first day. Bed was uncomfortable

We enjoyed this property. It is a nice little haven in the city. Peaceful, fun atmosphere and close to many fun activities. We visited the Sunken Gardens, Weedon State Preserve, and the Florida Aquarium.

Awesome view!
Had a great stay in this cozy condo with a view of the sunset every night without ever leaving your deck. Pool area and snack bar were a great feature. Close to all that Clearwater has to offer. Truly enjoyed our week.

Nice cozy waterfront condo near airport and highway accessiblity.
Condo was small. Bedroom very tight. No room for Dresser on a wall so it was put into the closet. Limited amount of towels for 2 week stay but owner supplied cleaning service every three days. Pool by restaurant. Laundry on premises. If using for a short stay, comfortable. Cleaning and bed linen service at an extra charge.

Three of us stayed in this unit; it is a small unit, most comfortably suited for two. We had quite a few of cleaning issues, which disappointed us; but, Christine quickly handled all of it even though she was out of town. The table is very, very small, bar-height with uncomfortable chairs. The unit 252 is located near a stairway; but, a little distance from an elevator. When you pull into Sailport, drive to the left and park across from the sandy, volleyball area. The last set of stairs will take you directly to the room. It would be helpful for a site map too. Maybe request a copy in advance. The Bayside bar and grill is open 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. Such a pretty condo with a comfortable balcony with a nice view of the bay--we saw a rainbow one morning. Hope this is helpful. Any questions before you get there or when you are there--just call Christine!
