OTHER NOTES:
- Please note that a basic Lawn Care service, including trimming and weeding, is scheduled for every third Tuesday of the month. This is to ensure that the property is well-maintained during your stay.
-The Spa is scheduled for treatment once per week on Monday depending on the weather. This is to ensure that the water is clean and well-maintained during your stay.
- Guests are welcome to use the grill free and fire pit of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

One last thing! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees with Vacation Alchemy if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy.
