Our studio is within a centrally located residential neighborhood in the heart of tampa. All tourist attractions, famous restaurants and nightlife is just a couple blocks away. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall. St Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away. 20 min from bush Garden, 10 to downtown Tampa.

this is one of the oldest neighborhood in tampa, close to the airport, very friendly, quiet neighborhood.

An Uber ride away from all tourist attractions, famous restaurants and night life is just a couple blocks away. Safe to come and go at all hours. A 5 minute drive to the Airport, upscale shops of international Mall and most famous Restaurants in Tampa like Ocean Prime. Saint Pete Beach is a 20 minutes drive away! (Please let us know if you are heading to the beach we can lend you beach chairs and umbrella). 20 min away from Bush gardens. 10 min away downtown Tampa.

Property was OK. We had no washcloths left to us for a shower, thankfully I had packed some of our own. The bathroom smelt a little moldy - there were some rotted spots around baseboard that need to be addressed. We continuously smelt marijuana in our room through out the night into early morning hours, assuming it was the people in the next unit. I messaged the property manager but never heard back after I verified which unit we were in. The sheets were clean but stained, the comforter had what I’m assuming was dried food on it. I hope it was food anyways. We threw it on the floor immediately and just covered up with sheets. Thankful this was only a one night stay, definitely not somewhere I’d be comfortable in longer than a night or two.

Definitely not 9.8 exceptional per previous reviews. Pros: Mostly clean, convenient location, hot water, fridge kept things very cold, comfortable bed. Cons: Mold and rotting baseboard outside shower behind door, shelf over toilet needs repair, 1 bath towel for 4 nights is not enough. No cookware or stove, just a coffee maker, microwave and some random utensils. No dish soap, towel, or paper towels in kitchen (we left some). Stark lighting (no lamp shades). No comfortable seating. Small TV.

Property was clean but misrepresented online as a 1 bedroom suite with a sofa in the kitchen-living room. When arriving I saw it was a studio, no sofa. Did not suit our needs.

It’s a nice lil cozy spot
We enjoyed our stay the bed was a good size and comfortable and it was winter they had a good little heater.. the entire layout was solid with a good size bathroom and shower with good and long lasting hot water and towels just wish there was a roll of paper towels

Cute studio in central location
Easy convinient cute studio close to the expressway. Only thing i would change is the lights being soft white the led lights are too bright and needs another portable fan. The place is in front of the parking spot and easy to acess.

Great for an overnight stay
I was pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the location. Nice interior and decor. The shops are close by and it's 10 minutes away from the beach. It would've been nice if there was a larger trash can in the kitchen and regular kitchen knives. I generally travel with my own Keurig and I am glad that I did because there was just a regular coffee maker. The bathroom was clean but small. Overall, I felt pretty safe for an overnight stay.

Perfect, little spot
This property was just what I was looking for, quiet, nice family neighborhood where I felt safe, and close to the attractions I wanted to see. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions. There were other renters in the back of the property, but there was no noise transfer. Very peaceful place to stay for a few days while exploring Tampa.
