This renovated resort is welcoming, bright and airy. The staff could be kinder over the phone but in person they were fine. Very clean. Lovely pool and courtyard. Breakfast was savory and yummy as the hour grew later. We would repeat our stay.

It was very nice here but the bar wasn’t open and the pool would be better if it was heated or they had a hot tub. The breakfast was ok, we were just happy they had coffee for us early birds. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was low. We would stay there again.

Well maintain. Rooms were clean and bed were confortable. The social area was really nice and we really enjoy with kids. The money we pay for it was worth it. Totally recommended

Entering the room the floors was dirty. My key couldn't unlocked the door on first day and next day for some reason. My daughters felt itching first night sleeping King size bed. Breakfast was available but I've noticed it started before time frame. It was empty for a long time during time frame. Slept in the living room and there was noise from vent or AC unit a loud bang every few minutes I couldn't sleep. No extra towels at all in my room of 5 nor next day. I don't plan to come back. It was my first time here in Tampa.

The check in was the most simple I've ever had. I handed over an ID, and had keys to my room within a minute. The parking was convenient and safe. The room was very clean and neat. The only aspect I didn't like was breakfast. Those who travel frequently know what kind I'm talking about, egg mix, messy cream packets, styrofoam plates, cheap sausage patties. The property is very close to Busch Gardens, walking distance.
