Short stay in Brandon at Zen Homes.

This was very convenient and comfortable place to stay and it also saved me money from the other local hotel options. The room was clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.

Room was very clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and good hot shower with nice water pressure. My only suggestion is to have extra towels and wash clothes. I will Stay again.

It was a beautiful house with patio and front garage. The kitchen, bathroom and living were clean and great odor. I locked myself and the agent was very attentive and helped me in a proper timely manner. I will definitely stay at ZenHomes again!

The area that this property was in was so peaceful and quiet, this was my favorite especially in the morning. There are was walkable and had necessary stores locally available. The host's responses were fast, professional, and straight to the point. The property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. I would book again and I highly recommend it for anyone's upcoming travel. I would say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your own personal transportation if you're in the area for events as there is a minor distance from downtown areas , which may incur a higher than expected commute and shared ride app prices; just keep that in mind. My stay was an overall success.

Very nice room.

I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help and they helped him identify and get into his room. My room as well as the rest of the house was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I am attending the same conference next year and will stay there again if it's not booked.

Perfect Stay for my Family!

ZenHomes in Brandon was perfect for our needs and a great stay for the price. It was convenient to everything in Brandon and very easy to get to Tampa and beyond. I liked having a parking spot very close to our private entrance. It was quiet and comfortable. My son loved the swing in front of the house and I loved the shower chair I could use in the walk in shower. I have physical disabilities and this was an added bonus. We used the fridge and microwave provided. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement would be to make sure the exterior light is working and replace the bedside lamp. It was broken and the exterior light was burnt out. Also, it would be good to wash off the entrance door occasionally, as there were bug eggs on the door frame. Otherwise, we had a good stay and will definitely use this rental again when I’m back in Brandon!

For the price this place is PERFECT. The shower and Bed were of great quality and the homeowner was supper attentive and communicated throughout my stay. So if you're looking for something not so expensive and of great value this is the place to go.
