"I always stay here when visiting my mum, i Stayed 7 nights, overall is good, but the air conditioner was not working. The room temperature is 25 C, it's in middle of March. Temperature 15 C daytime outside. The service is still good, they gave me a fan. "

"Expedia gave incorrect geographical coordinates and I ended up stranded in a inhospitable neighborhood. The hotel reacted quickly. They sent a taxi to pick me up; apologized; upgraded my room from basic to presidential; and offered a fantastic meal at no cost. My initial outrage changed into appreciation. My gratitude goes to the hotel staff. Thank you."

"The main problem is the address of this property hasn’t been updated on any of the location apps Two years previously, it was a holiday inn And if you type in Holiday Inn today, you will find the hotel If you type in Radison, it will direct you to a housing estate about a mile away. I don’t enjoy Being misdirected, especially when the temperature is 35°C. I finally Found a Marriott hotel and the courteous staff directed me in the right direction. "Although it is stated as a non-smoking hotel, you can smell smoke almost everywhere, such as in the lobby, elevator, back door, hallway and even in the shower in the room. The front desk can’t do anything except apologize."

"The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. I didn’t feel welcome at all and it took forever to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, they didn’t give me fresh sheets throughout my stay nor...
