"A cool hotel from a time passed. 90 years old but updated rooms. Really classy but also approachable. If you can, stay at this hotel. It’s right by the Medina. It’s got history. They have a really cool terrace and a bar with music. "

"The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

"The check in process was horrible , because the stuff in the hotel did not receive the confirmation email . So I called orbitz two time every time I had to wait for a long time . First the girl who get my called didn’t even bother to underw to the problem and she said she will call me back but never did . The hotel stuff offer to give me a room regardless but I decide to call second time that when “Sulimane”answer and he was very hopeful. Even called after to check if everything went well."
