"Completamente abandonada!
Chegamos às 17:30h e o quarto não estava liberado, apesar da pousada estar vazia.
Qdo retornamos do evento, não tinha água para tomar banho. Depois de muita insistência, o vigia nos liberou um outro quarto, que também estava em péssimas condições! Equipamentos velhos e quebrados, ligados por uma gambiarra, muito mofo e umidade, colchões desconfortáveis, etc…
A piscina estava imunda! Sem condições de uso.
Café da manhã precário.

"Amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and we could store our luggage at the front desk during the day which was nice!"

"For about EUR 184 per night the hotel doesn‘t fulfill a middle class hotel standard at all. 2 lamps in the room were broken, the interior is very rudimentary, TV was blurry, whitrpool engine broken, dirty and ice cold. This is maximum a 2 star hotel. For that price, you get a good quality 4 star hotel in Rio with ocean view."
