Cue the fall season fun in this mountain home located Camelback Mountain surrounded by forestry and the beautiful fall foliage.

Rules and Regulations: In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form. Within this form, all guests must provide the full names and ages of those accompanying the reservation, verify ID, and contact info. The guest maximum is 10 people including visitors, infants, and children.

Parking:
Only 2 cars are allowed at this unit, and all other cars must be parked in the Community Overflow Parking Lot. 4 cars max.
NOTE: This home has a sloped driveway. If booking during winter months, t's important to have a dependable snow-ready vehicle during your stay. A preferable choice would be a car equipped with both 4-wheel drive and reliable snow tires.

-Master bedroom with King-sized bed, private bathroom, work desk and chair, propane fireplace, lounge chairs with the best view in the house.
-Bedroom #2 with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom #3 with a queen-sized bed.
-Bedroom #4 with two bunk beds, full-sized on the bottom, and twin-sized on the top, with Smart TV.

Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.
