"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

"Convenient flat in a quiet and green environment. Good features, excellent communication with the very friendly landlord/lady who were very reactive and gave many good tips. Great mountainous area on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic."

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"The house had plenty of space for two families. The location was good for our purpose (skiing in spindleruv Mlyn). It was hard drying wet clothes though we used a rack in front of the fireplace but it took a long time. Good kitchen equipment (own missing though). Many bathrooms and nice sauna. "Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. "Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. We didn't bring our puppy with us but I was extremely pleased how welcome the dogs were at the hotel after seeing quite a few of them there."

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "

"Cool design of rooms, beautiful view from our room to the Jested mountain, and good breakfast. Very pleasant staff. The only issue I had, was the check in: it wasn't clear until when is the reception open. Downloading yet another app and filling forms with information I already have in my Expedia profile, while waiting on a very hot lobby was a bit annoying. "
