"Newly renovated older motel on the main highway into Taos, New Mexico. Excellent renovation. Spacious shower in beautifully tiled bathroom. One possible issue for some guests: very soft beds which might not suit persons with back problems. Best price in town on the date I stayed."

"The house is even better in person than the listing appears! The only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because it’s a bit of a drive to anything we needed. The hostess gifts were fantastic & the house was well equipped. Lots of space for our party of 7, & the “game room” was perfect for our youngest son & his friend. The only issue we had was the water pressure is very low. One day the water stopped completely, but once we cleaned the home water filter out, it improved. We did have to coordinate showers/laundry/dishwasher usage because you can’t use more than one of those at a time. This wouldn’t keep us from renting the home again, but it is worth noting. The hosts were wonderful & communication was easy & prompt. They even brought a “thank you” gift by the house for us after we emptied the filter. Great home, great hosts! "

Hosts were excellent and we were pleasantly surprised by the extra touches that made us feel at home during our stay. Convenient to ski areas and local restaurants and shopping. "

"This was a wonderful experience!!! Quality amenities, a cozy room, perfect location, and a breakfast to die for!!! Luxury meets tranquility in Taos. This hotel quickly became one of our favorites. It's a unique experience for a solo or couples getaway! With only 7 rooms on the premises it's not too crowded and offers privacy. Hosts are friendly, and have put a lot of care and craftsmanship into this beautiful oasis. They are a great wealth of knowledge for the area!! And did I mention they serve some of the best muffins you will ever have. Breakfast options are delicious and included with your stay there is a good selection of options so if you stay several days , you can work through the menu! Our room was cozy and private, with a good heating for those chilly Taos winter nights. Quality linens and beautiful and unique decor have been chosen for each room. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious with a walk in shower and of course a copper soaking tub! Fridges are in each room with access to a microwave, seating area, and games in the cafe area. This is definitely a must when staying in Taos it's perfectly located close enough but far enough away you don't get caught up in the congestion of downtown."

Went with my best friend for her birthday and we enjoyed the covered porch during the rain storms, the outside courtyard for sunsets, and the house layout was perfect for a friend getaway. The home is spectacular inside, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. I cannot wait to come back to Taos and stay here again! "
