"Upon arrival, the staff was extremely welcoming and kind. Our room and the view were beautiful. The only minor complaint is that our booking mentioned a mini fridge, but there wasn’t one in the room. When I asked the front desk, they explained they were waiting on a shipment and had none available. Since we stayed for eight nights, it was challenging to manage without a fridge, so we had to purchase an ice chest to keep our drinks cold. I highly recommend booking taxi rides in advance through the front desk if you plan to go out and about. We often waited between 45 minutes to an hour for taxis. The hotel only provides one bottle of water per day, and the drinking fountains were broken. However, the hotel restaurant was kind enough to fill up our bottles when we asked. The hotel itself is very nice, though it could use some upgrades. The pool, for instance, looks a bit outdated and needs some maintenance, though it was kept very clean. If you don’t get a room with laundry machines, there is only laundry service which is very expensive. The food at both the main restaurant and the bar was excellent! I also recommend exploring other islands like Moorea and Bora Bora instead of staying just in Tahiti. If you are like us and have a late departure home, the late checkout is based upon availability. So, you could find yourself having to checkout at 11 and stuck waiting around. The airport is small. The locals are incredibly friendly, and overall, it was a wonderful experience."

"My wife and I loved EVERYTHING about this property and the two host, Frederick and Christel! We can’t say enough about the host and the accommodations! The property is perfectly located on the island near several beautiful beaches, restaurants, & markets, all within walking distance. The property itself is well maintained, very organized with plenty of room to socialize, or relax away from others, and provides everything you need for your stay. The host are lovely human beings who have the kindest hearts and most beautiful personalities we could have encountered. We highly recommend this Pension to all visitors traveling to Tahiti."

"The bungalow was very nice. The grounds are very nice. A separate communal fully equipped kitchen and dining area but nothing provided. Lovely swimming pool. There is a fridge, but no tea making facilities in unit. The best pizza just down the road we have ever tasted. Pity we did not have more days. This is a great place to chill out and relax."

The space was immaculate and the sun rise and sun set views were breathtaking! If you're staying in Tahiti i would definitely reconsider staying here! "

"This is like a hillside garden paradise overlooking Teahupo’o and surrounding ocean. Staff is as accommodating as one can get. They are marvelous. The chef is a young man that cooks excellent meals. The bungalow was immaculately clean and one also feels living in nature. Like high quality glamping but perhaps better. The shampoo and shower gel is divine (Tiare)."

"Was a wonderful stay in a nice area. Everything was clean and kayak etc was available.I had just one point: I think the house is great for 4 persons because I’m not sure if there is enough “cool air” in the third bedroom. During my stay they could not repair/fix an A/C problem (I was there a week) in the first bedroom."

"Thank you Henri for your generosity for allowing us to check in early morning. The house is gorgeous!!! We have seen the best sunsets of our life time. We enjoyed the star fruit, bananas and mongos at the property. We also enjoyed the coconut ice cream at the park next door and the gorgeous beach walks daily. "Christelle was a super host! She was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our trip. The house was perfect for our family. Easy access to the lagoon and snorkeling. It was so nice and fully equipped that our family preferred to eat on the outdoor patio rather than go to the restaurants. The pictures don't do the house or garden justice.
