"Beautiful property with the beach close by. The house smells amazing, from the minute we opened the door, my senses were taken to another place. Unfortunately the beach was a bit rough for our young kids to swim in, so we drove to forster but this is no fault of the house, just unlucky with the tide and would prefer a flat, calm beach for young children. "Great spot, easy to book and collect keys. The unit was ok for the price I expected more. Unit/villa needs better aircon. The unit was very hot and stuffy and the unit just didn’t do much to cool the villa a part from the main area. The 2 portable fans need replacing, very old and only went one speed didn’t move any air. The villa needs a good deep clean. "A lovely place to stay, felt very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. & I really appreciated the small things, like having a tin opener when I needed one, or washing powder or a plastic container for leftovers in the fridge. "
