Esta ubicado a una distancia prudente de la ciudad de Huaraz lo que permite tener los servicios de la ciudad pero sin el bullicio ni desorden, los departamentos están rodeados de bosques de eucaliptos, al lado del río y frente a los nevados, el solo ingresar al departamento te llena de paz y tranquilidad. Otro punto importante son las atenciones y recomendaciones de los dueños quienes nos hicieron sentir cómodos y seguros.
