Karen is a wonderful hostess, she has lots of great information on things to see in the area and she is ready with anything you might possibly need. The owners were so kind and welcoming, the grounds were to die for, and the room, let's just say it was cleaner than our own house. "We had lovely weather driving up. This was an overnight stay for our Great Ocean Rd two day trip. It looked lovely on the pictures, but it is so much better. It is not only luxury accommodation but super clean, swiss level! They pay attention to little things, going the extra mile to, putting the x in lux.
