"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."

"We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!!
