"We never actually got to stay at this property, if it's even legit. Paid in advance, agent says we will receive check in and parking details well before 4:00 (check in time). They send the supposed address of the property, which appears to be a few doors down from the address on the listing. When queried via msg, Ricardo replies that the address sent is correct, and the other is "a glitch". I asked multiple times for parking details, as "parking" is listed as an amenity. Never replied. "This was a great little brownstone apartment. The apartment itself was a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The bathroom was small, but what else can you expect in NYC! Very close to 2 subway stations which was very convenient. Area of Harlem was nice/relatively safe - travelling alone I didn’t feel uncomfortable!
