Lovely & modern riverside hotel

1 night stopover

Riverside modern hotel and bar adjacent to bus station and shopping centres. Busy street but no major road noise. Short walk to old town or Toome hill. Plenty of space, free breakfast and functioning wifi. Lime green bathroom tiles an acquired taste! Very good value in a surprisingly quiet Tartu, especially given it has Europe Capital of Culture status this year.

This hotel is very comfortable and close to the city centre. Right next to the bus station makes for easy transport options. Comfortable rooms and beds. Delicious breakfast. But rooms are missing mini-fridge and kettle. Overall, had a great stay.

Nice hotel

Hotel was in a good location since it’s walkable from the old town and next to shopping mall and bus station. Though, that comes with the price. There are a lot of teenagers and the drunks gathering at night at the back of the hotel where we parked our car. The rooms were fine but could have use some upgrades especially with the shower

Nice night in Tartto

A really nice room with a good bed and lining. Only the interior in bathroom was somehow out of the content for the rest of hotel. Also breakfast gave a good boost for the day. Specially I liked that parking hall was connected to the hotel on easy way

Uncomfortable on a hot day

Everything was great - except the air conditioning. The room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable. The location was great - very close to the Old Town and to a shopping center (which also provided free parking). But it was a very warm day. When we arrived the room was 27°. I turned on the a/c and went out for dinner. When I returned the room was 25°. Still hot but going in the right direction. But an hour later it didn’t get any cooler. I called the front desk and they sent someone up to look. They switched it from Auto to On and assured me that would fix the problem. It was very late by then so I went to sleep. But the temperature never got any cooler, and it was a very uncomfortable night.

Lämmin suositus

Huoneen lämpötila oli todella korkea, eikä auttanut patterin poisottaminen päältä. Huoneessa oli laminaattilattiat, mutta jonkun maton olisi toivonut eteiseen, koska kenkien mukana tuli lunta ja hiekoitussoraa, vaikka kuinka yritti niitä putsata ulko-ovella. Eteistiloja kyllä pestiin kiitettävävästi ja käytävät ym. oli siistit. Aamupala oli varsin kattava ja monipuolinen. Pysäköinti onnistui ekaksi yöksi hotellin pihassa ja toiseksi yöksi viereisen kauppakeskuksen parkkihallissa, josta oli silta suoraan hotelliin. Tosi kätevä oli. Meillä koirat mukana; kaikki meni hyvin. Kauniita puistoja lähellä.
