"The stay was great although the main facilities such as breakfast buffet, pool, kids club was situated at the man Akra hotel and was a walk across the road to get there, I didn’t mind the walk so much as it helped keep me a bit active while on holiday. Room service was great and standards of cleanliness was brilliant. The staff at the hotel were nice and welcoming. The only thing I would say is that the carpet on the hall way floors were out of place and a bit lifted which can be an easy fix....

"I liked it because it’s nature around the property. The snacks bar close to the pools are excellent if you don’t like to walk much specially in the hot weather! The food is very good, but the only complaint I could make is to keep the fruit and dessert more cooler in hot season. needs to improve more in cleaning, specially the shower rooms. Water sports too expensive. Very good customer services. "

"Hotel building/rooms definitely needs some renovation. Not that they are bad, just not new. Rooms are pretty small as well, but thats what you can check in room description so pretty much expected. Everything else is on very high level especially service and amenities. Animation can be improved in terms how active animators are in involving patrons, but list of activities is pretty extensive. Evening shows are of good quality as well. Overall its very good hotel for families with kids"

"Wonderful resort, has everything you could ask for - mostly everything you could ask for was inclusive. Cleanliness, views, activities, food, and ambience - everything was spot on. Qualifies as a 5 star resort. The only star reason I’ve given it 4/5 is because some of the staff could be nicer and friendlier - this was missing from certain counters."
