"Friendly staff"

"Hotel Estera Y Mar is 25 min from airport. Christian did transfter from and to airport. Room that we got upgraded was nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull all around the resort. Specially guys on bar/restaurant by the beach. Thank you Carlos. We loved the food, all we had was really delicious. Our favorite drink was Mojito Cubano. We had such a good time. Nothing to complain. Thank you."

"Terrible. Mi cuarto se inmundo por una filtración y mi ropa se mojo. La comida descompuesta si bien es cierto me la cambiaron y no la cobraron. Fatal toda la experiencia en este hotel. Perdi la otra noche reservada por que no tenia ropa. "
