It’s a very nice modern new hotel with great food in a good location. The only downside is on staff side, with some really excellent staff who go the extra mile and really get it, alongside some who don’t seem to want to be there. Check in to check out was a breeze … the staff were ultra polite and ultra courteous except the one who served us at the bar … while he may have been okay under normal circumstances… he stood for the wrong reasons as he was not as good as the staff at the ground level … kudos to the management … loved my therapist at the spa … she was extremely good and had one of the best massages outside Thailand .. my wife wasn’t too happy with her therapist though .. but all in all loved our stay here and if I did ever come back , wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else
