"Unfortunately there was an earhquake during our stay and we were not able to stay at the hotel as we left in panic. The hotel was swaying left to right and it was a very scary experience. The hotel did not deal with the situation adequately and should have done a lot more. The hotel had our telephone number yet did not ring to see if we were ok, added to that we were travelling with a baby."
