Cheese platter on arrival, the wife did the wine tasting (I was provided an alternative which was great). Local area provides amazing food options with excellent food. Secure and peaceful. "Amazing, we stayed 2 nights. Loved the cabin, especially the outdoor bath. Had a few furry friends come visit too. Fire place kept us warm as it was a bit chilly at night. Only thing I would recommend is to have 2 sets of towels as it was a bit hard to get them dry after use. "

"The Sorell Barracks' Garden Shed which i stayed in for a night was well equipped, comfortable, secure and warm. The 4 poster double bed was charming. The TV reception was good. The heater worked. The kitchenette was well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The front door key was in a key safe on the door, the code to which was txted to me on the day of arrival. I never did see or hear the owners / managers, which felt a bit odd, but I'm sure they were contactable had I...

"Beautiful old historic property with 4 joined areas including 2 small studio rooms as well as our 2 bedroom cottage . The place is currently for sale and there is a lot of maintenance and repair work to be done. The chimney in the front room has been blocked off with ply which blows in and out in the wind and rain making for a bit of a noisy night. It was however warm and well appointed. Nice town. "
