"Motel haa been somewhat updated and is very clean. Beds are comfortable and have a heated mattress pad-a real luxury! Nice kitchenette arrangement and very friendly staff. I’d stay there again if I’m in the area."

Cute place to stay
"Nice place to stay for the night, -- mind your head when you are upstairs. A shame that it's not facing west to take advantage of the evening sun. Even so, very warm -- the fan was definitely needed."

It has a real kiwi small town feel. There are a few hidden gems that you will have to vist to discover for yourselves. The locals know and if you ask nicely they may share a few with you. The bakeries are where sugary dreams come true.....YUM
