Helpful, friendly staff. Convenient location close to M5 - however postcode given took us further into the industrial estate so some confusion whether this was correct hotel (we knew there were 2 Holiday Inns close together!). Harvester pub next door was fully booked (Thursday eve in August) but we enjoyed a tasty soup and pizza from the hotel bar.

For an express it did the job. The only reason we gave three stars was the fact that we had requested a bed room with sofa bed and this had not been taken into account. We had to move rooms and call reception to help make the bed, which they kindly did.

Really clean & tidy hotel with good sized rooms and all that's required for an overnight stay on a moderate budget. Breakfast was included and, although the choices were fairly limited, the food was of reasonable quality.
