"This is a simple agri-tourist hotel buried deep in the hills outside Tavira. Everything it sets out to do it does well, the rooms are simple but super clean and comfortable, the breakfast and tapas dinner are sumple but limited but prepared with care, skill and attention to detail.. The people are great from the top men to the cleaners.. If you need a quiet reflective break try this, you wont be disappointed. "

"Overall, the property was great for eight adults, with a private pool, and lots of indoor and outdoor space. We were surprised that the rooms with twin beds had only one twin bed, with a trundle bed on the floor, which may be awkward for some adults. There were some issues with the washing machine, so a house manual with instructions for appliances, - as well as maps and reccos for nearby shops and restaurants - would be useful."

"Everything was great and the staff was awesome. The only negatives were the kitchen was too dark, the fireplace smoke odor was overpowering and strong, and the front door and car were always full of pidgeon poop. Trimming the trees should solve the pidgeon poop issue. We didn’t know the WiFi router had to be rented and there were none available for the first week. All the shortcomings were made up by the great staff."

"We had a Ria view room with lovely views, especially as the weather was good. We liked the fact that the hotel is very tranquil at this time of year. Although the rooms are not spacious it was a very comfortable large bed, bottled water and fridge in the room. The food was of a very good standard and a reasonable range of options. Staff all professional and friendly.Hoping to return next year."
