"This place is first rate, would absolutely stay again. It appears to be brand new, and everything was in impeccable, perfect condition. The owner was extremely friendly and accommodating - he dealt with our late check-in, invited us to a local event (New Year's Eve fireworks!), and allowed us a late checkout to help us deal with a complicated family situation. "I had a wonderful time at the property, it had everything we needed for the week and was very close to local shops, restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the lift to get up the mountains. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with views of the mountain in the evening. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in was easy. I recommend this lovely apartment if you are looking for a good value place to stay in beautiful Saalbach."

"From the moment we arrived, we fell in love with the property. In fact, we could not have picked a more perfect location. The house had everything we needed, which made our six-day stay truly memorable. The facilities were excellent, the view from the balcony truly stunning. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"The apartment is simply gorgeous. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. We cook a lot when on holiday and the kitchen lacked nothing. The balcony faces south east so you get the sun most of the day. The river at the bottom of the garden provides a very relaxing sound. Walking routes are available in almost every direction, a great place to come to build up your fitness at your own pace. I cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing yet energetic holiday location!"

"Great location for ski accessibility. Walkable to some restaurants, but not really to the town of Zell am See. Quick taxi ride. Overall we loved Elements. The pool and sauna were very nice. "This property was so quaint and charming but had superior amenities and the staff were incredible. The little touches of old Austria mixed with a modern flair were nicely done. It is a family run business and they made us feel a part of their family. Surrounded by the impressive views of the Alps, the property is also situated in the center of town next to an old Austrian church. They have other properties within walking distance or take a free gondola ride up the mountain for more incredible views and stop at Tom’s restaurant for good views and cold cocktails during the summer. All in all one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in. "
