"Pods weren’t entirely clean (there we some dried coffee stains on the wall in mine) and some minor wear and tear (some small holes in the mattress cover) but apart from that it was decently alright. Just prepare yourself for the kinds of people you will meet here, as one man was very very clearly drunk yet was still allowed to check in :/"

"The hotel and staff were nice and the room was clean. I don’t think there was a lift/elevator on the property- if there was, I could not find it. So that was my only issue- I had a heavy bag I had to haul it up and down 2 flights of stairs. "

The hotel didn't have reception all the time but phone contact was easy and check-in had no issue. If we came back to Launceston we would like to stay again. "
