"Check in was hard. No one was at the desk, so they gave you instructions over the phone to get your key from an open box behind the desk (not very secure) and took me a min to find it. Also, someone came to my room at 8 PM to "turn on the fireplace" (I did not have a fireplace). When I called to report it, the receptionist said, "oh yeah, the heat is off, and they are going around fixing it". A little warning would have been nice. "We stayed with two adults and two kids, 12 and 14, and it was a perfect family location. Close to the ski hills, nice little pizza joint, nice dinner restaurant for the adults, great amenities at the condo. Condo itself was perfect; cozy and well acquainted, had everything we needed. Lots of extra pillows and blankets, well stocked kitchen, nice bathroom. We enjoyed the fireplace, the record player, and the hottub. Would definitely recommend and stay again. "

"Randy’s place is one of the best vacation rentals I have had and I have had many. It is clean, spacious and well stocked. It had everything including Kleenex and full length mirrors, two things that are usually lacking. Randy was a great host. Parking was on the large driveway well back from the street.
