"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. Overall the property was nice and in a good location but the management...

"This was our first place in New Zealand. Accommodations were clean and comfortable and the hot tub outside, surrounded by farmland and Eucalyptus, was lovely. The birds were a welcome wake up and the sunrise stunning (They did have shades to block it out for late risers too) It was an easy drive to Hobbiton and the Waitimo caves. I’d stay here again!"

"Very Modern and super comfortable beds! Well supplied to make your stay comfortable. Just out of Cambridge town centre so very peaceful. Only flag is the only TV and couch is in the second bedroom so if kids go to bed early you will be reading a good book or on devices."

"We chose this place to stay as it was fairly central to many of the things we wanted to do (caves, jet boats, hikes, Rotorua etc) but we wanted to stay somewhere rural and quiet. It is a beautiful property and cottage. There is a Berry farm right next door that does fresh fruit ice cream which is delicious! The property posting said there was laundry available but didn't mention it was 10 per wash/dry...would be good to add that detail for future guests. Would definitely stay here again!"
