"Check in was helpful and friendly. Free newspaper to read which was a nice touch. Pool available. Clean, great fluffy towels. The properties are somewhat old fashioned and need updating, bathrooms especially, (wear and tear etc) and a little bistro balcony set would be nice. Near to the centre if you’re walking like I was, large car park with easy parking if not. Near a great supermarket and fuel stop too. "

"Tired. Small room. Minute bathroom ( step up to shower). No character. Disappointing. "

"The hotel gave us an accessible room as it was the last standard room available however we were not told on Expedia this is the room we were booking. This room is at the back of hotel, ground floor and surrounded by the car park with metal stair case next to the room. It was noisy, lacked privacy (had to close curtains in the day time) and a little shabby. The only way we could move was pay for an upgrade. "

"Poor check in experience, staff member didn't know what she was doing and it took ages. Car park is small, very tight and cars are up on hoists, felt the parking charge was excessive. Room was mostly clean but tired. Old single glazed windows meant the outside noise was quite loud even when closed. The area wasn’t good, lots of homeless people hanging around. We could see several from our room, sleeping next to hotel and lots more when we took an evening walk to supermarket. Wouldn't stay again."

"Love the 20s-vibe of the furnishings and the vastness of its rooms - even the smallest room has space for an extra bed or two! The larger rooms are like a suite! And being central its great for restaurants and cafes just outside the door. This is our go-to hotel in the Tron every time :) "

"Air conditioning good. Bathroom.ckean but very dated and very small. Bed good. Toom small. Should be complimentary water in the fridge. Didn't use bar. Breakfast was good. Was not happy to pay for valet parking even though the valet service was good. "
