The whole room was spotless and furnishings were new and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. The staff very friendly and helpful. Only 2km to Kerikeri shops and the weekend market was in walking distance. Would recommend."

"What a lovely place and such awesome hosts! Aside from the house ventilation being a bit noisy and firm (but still comfortable enough) beds, these were quite minor considering the price range for such a lovely space. We are very grateful, and we are looking forward to our next visit - thank you so much Marg and Des!"

"We enjoyed the cabin, it was clean and beautiful. We do not own pets as I have allergies. I did not realise the beddings/furniture would have pet hair on it (lots of it!) so I struggled with that part as my allergies flared up. Other than that, the location was great. We had rains but managed to do a walk or two. I would stay again if the pet hair was not an issue. Thanks so much :)"

"The house is perfect for a couple or small family who want some time at the beach without crowds or traffic. The house was super clean and tidy when we arrived and the beach is just a few metres away. The only downside is there isn't wifi or great phone coverage which was a bit of a problem when someone drove into us on the main road and we needed to arrange rental cars, insurance follow up, etc. "

"Uniqueness starts with being able to see Kiwi in their natural habitat! Each night they come out as well as an abundance of bird life, 55 types! Cabins have nice privacy and balconies. Big fridge in our 2 bedroom cabin, plenty of space and a comfy couch too! Pool has been just upgraded so brand new! Toy outdoor corner that kids loved! As it’s not the top ten holiday park type, it’s the quiet, nature and wildlife, beautiful mangrove and bush trails all walking distance! Main reception sell torches so you can watch kiwi come out and give good advice if you need help! Bring your badminton set, bring a ball, bring a bike or hover board and race around the big ground space!"
