"Lovely little hotel in a great area for bars and restaurants. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Room was spacious and delightful with balcony overlooking courtyard. Welcome treats were included in the room when we got there. Highlight was the rooftop bar where Ludovika serves up delicious cocktails. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Good coffee pod machine, though didn't always get replenished daily. Breakfast buffet is a bit limited but good for a small hotel with a handful of rooms....

Many people complained about noise but I stayed at 4th floor I can barely hear noise but I guess if you are in lower floor you will feel the noise . The breakfast was fine . "We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "

"This is a great option for those who want to walk around the city of Rome, we did everything by walking all over and it was easy, as well if you wish to travel to other places or cities, this hotel is close to the termini train station, just a couple blocks, very convenient. Everyone at the hotel were so friendly and welcoming, anything we needed they were right there for us, the hotel is not a fancy place but it’s nice, clean and comfortable, thank you for your service."

"I booked a stay in The RomeHello while i was finishing my day trip in Rome so I could sleep before my next stop. The place was really clean, it looked very welcoming, the staff was kind and it's really well located, in walking distance from the main train station.
