El lugar está en condiciones deplorables. Lo mencionado en su página no es verídico, ya que no tiene acceso a la playa; únicamente cuenta con unas escaleras que llevan a una zona de arena que conecta al mar en un terreno baldío que no es parte del hotel. El desayuno no está incluido; únicamente incluye "cortesías" para máximo dos personas, sin importar cuántas personas reserven. No cuenta con estacionamiento; el único lugar para estacionarse es debajo de unas palmeras con cocos, pero el personal avisa que el hotel no se hará responsable si ocurre algún accidente. Mi estancia fue de dos noches y, en cuanto a higiene, a pesar de que sí nos cambiaron las sábanas y cobijas desde la primera noche, estas olían a polvo. Definitivamente no habían sido lavadas durante al menos dos semanas. Mi opinión es que, si buscas un hotel barato para una noche, no está mal, pero ten en cuenta que estarías recibiendo el servicio y las instalaciones de un hotel de máximo 300 pesos por persona, a pesar de estar pagando más. Si cuentas con un poco más de presupuesto o consideras hospedarte más de una noche, te recomendaría buscar otras opciones. No desperdicies tu dinero.

El lugar es bonito y tranquilo,las habitaciones son muy pequeñitas ni tocador tienen y al mar no puede uno pasar porque no hay espacio para que uno baje lo que más me gustó fue el desayuno que va incluido muyy rico y basto y la sra tanto del restaurant como la de recepción sin muy amables

No fue para nada de mi agrado nada que ver las fotografías con la realidad, me ofrecieron en el precio desayuno incluido nunca me lo dieron porque ni mesas había, el agua de la alberca está verde no se podía ocupar y para lo que cobraron, ahora la pantalla de TV está Super pequeña parece tablet, en la noche no hay agua caliente

Buen hotel un poco complicado que el tema del desayuno no te sea explicado y que no tengo cerca algún establecimiento a menos de 2km pero el lugar es bonito

En el restaurante no había suficiente personal que atendiera, por lo que demoraban en atender. Tampoco había suficientes sillas por lo que había mesas pero no había adónde sentarse. La mesa que tienen en la palapa tiene oxidadas las bisagras y por ellos se nos vino abajo con la comida, bebidas y utensilios que teníamos sobre ella.

Para empezar el nombre sobre carretera no vas a encontrar Hotel Mariam es el Hotel Costa Belle, no me respetaron el pago con TC a pesar de que pregunté sobre los medios de pago, el aire acondicionado no funcionó en lugar de cambiarme de habitación me dieron un ventilador, el desayuno pésimo, no tiene vista a la playa es vista al jardín eso si muy bonito
