"We saw the pictures on Expedia, and this hotel looked alright. Not luxurious, but adequate. When we arrived we were horrified. The hotel is totally run down - looks like it hasn't been attended to in about 25 years. The rooms were in poor condition (see photos), and every window was covered in tape to protect against hurricanes - except that the tape had the appearance of having been there for several years.
