Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . "Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising. "Amazing location, amazing house and huge dining table so we could all break bread together! Lovely amenities and washer and dryer were a dream. Only recommendation would be to add hairdryers (at least one) and games or books, at least playing cards. Beautiful stay and highly recommend Torquay Watersports for coastal explorer -90 min. "

Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. "The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "
