"First off the owners when contacted were lovely. The place itself could be beautiful but does look slightly run down. The room the granary was gorgeous inside with no issues. The outside "private" hot tub area looked a little worse for wear. Fence leaning over, looked like it needed a lot of TLC and is not private at all. "Looked after extremely well. Not certain about the lack of amenities in the double room for disabled people. Nowhere to hang bathroom robes or wash bags and for a non-disabled person the wash basin was extremely low, small and difficult as an older person to use. "

"Amazing staff, super helpful. Breakfast included was well prepared and tated great. Facilities were great. Down side room 30 single room very small and clostraphobic would not recommend and would opt for a larger room nect time. Exterior looks a bit dated and drab. Overall I would still recomend for a couple of nights in Redcar just avoid the single rooms."

"Had an overnight for a concert.Staff were very friendly. Room was massive with a bay window ( looking onto road).Recently refurbed toilet was beautiful. Had burgers to eat in bar and they done the trick."
