"Small hotel, making the most out of the land they have. The rooms are big enough, well designed and they were clean. Bed is super comfortable, and the shower works really well. It’s a good option for a quick stay in Valle de Bravo. The only inconvenience was customer service. Check in is at 4 pm so we got there early because of a wedding and we needed a room to get dressed. We had a hard time working out a solution with the people at front desk so we could have a room by 2 pm instead of 4....
