Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Great budget location to stay in Innsbruck. 5 min walk from the railway station and close to the main shopping street. The hotel gives you a bus/tram pass valid for the duration of your stay and also valid for buses up to local skiing areas. Definitely recommend. (My third stay there in a year)"

"This is a modern, quiet apartment, from which you can explore the old town of Innsbruck within a 15-20 minute walk. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The room was quite warm when we visited (February 2025), which the staff couldn't seem to fix, so we left a window open overnight, but otherwise everything was great. Would stay here again."
