Large windows and doors provide stunning views of the San Sophia ridgeline. The living room features a stone mantle fireplace, leading into a well-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and ample countertops. The dining area seats four. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the outdoors and the expansive views.

The layout of this home ensures privacy, with the main bedroom and ensuite at one end and the guest bedroom at the other, separated by the main living space.

Explore dining options by calling Dial-a-Ride for transportation to restaurants in the area. Take the gondola to the Historic Town of Telluride for shopping at places like Crossbow Hats and Leather. Grab a meal and a drink at The National, and treat yourself to dessert from Telluride Truffle before returning to the peaceful mountain retreat.

WHAT WE LOVE
- View of the iconic ridgeline.
- Fireplace in the primary bedroom.
- Ski in and walk out behind the building between the trees to Lower Sundance or across San Joaquin Road to the Village Bypass ski run.
- Free on-demand shuttle, and the gondola offers a free short ride into town.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 5 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
- If bringing more than one vehicle, there are three shared first come, first served parking spaces in the complex parking garage.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.

Great rental option in the heart of mountain village
The condo has plenty of amenities and is in a great location. The king bed is a very firm memory foam but overall our stay was very pleasant and comfortable!

Views!
The views from this condo are amazing. Rent this place of you plan to relax and enjoy a beautiful condo and the views. If you are just going to hike and be gone all day then you aren't getting the most out of it. Underground parking is great, but the direction about getting into the garage are a little confusing at first. it's the double garage at the end of the driveway. The condo is high end with nice appliances and lots of space. Multiple TVs and fireplaces. Quite a few screens were missing though Seems like a maintenance thing. Service fees are over the top for this unit so pay attention to that when booking. Telluride is a great place to visit and you can walk to a free gondola which will take you into town. One last thing to be aware of, the matter bedroom is right under the exit garage door so when it lend you will definitely hear it. So if someone leaves at 6am, you'll know about it.

The views were outstanding, but that's where it begins and ends. The master bed is an absolute BRICK! And the bed linens and the pillows were equally bad. After an exhausting hike day, we desperately needed sleep. However, no a/c in the unit and a torture device for a mattress had us ready to end the vacation. Further, it was like pulling teeth to get Lindsey at InvitedHome to give me transportation information prior to booking this first vacay in Mountain Village/Telluride, so I researched everything on my own. We will NEVER book thru InvitedHome again.

Only one word is needed to describe this condo… WOW. What a place. It had everything we needed, was so easy to get in and out of parking garage and even better yet our other family was staying in the same building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to come to Telluride, whether to ski, hike, bike or just roll around and enjoy the scenery and the great food. Thank you again. Fantastic week in Mountain Village!
Our family of four had a great experience at Best Ever Cassidy Ridge! This was our third visit to Telluride, our first staying in Mountain Village. We didn’t want to leave. The views are amazing from every window! Beds and pillows were very comfortable as well as furnishings throughout. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen to make meals when we weren’t enjoying restaurants. While there isn’t a hot tub/pool, the jacuzzi tub and steam shower made up for it! The location of this property is great—close to the gondola and free gondola parking ramp, as well as the grocery store. Quick trip into Mountain Village and Telluride on the gondola. We did a lot of hiking and exploring during our time in and around Telluride. Would definitely stay here again! Lisa was great to communicate with and answered any questions we had, which weren’t many. Thanks!

Awesome Condo
Property seemed fairly new and was clean and spacious. Stayed with my wife and two friends. Lisa (property manager) was easy to get a hold of and helped us with parking a second car during the Bluegrass festival. She was professional and courteous, we were very impressed with her quick responses to questions. The condo has great views, and is very nice.

Our family had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property on our spring vacation in Telluride! The condo was spacious and luxurious and Lisa is a top notch property manager who made everything easy. Beautiful property, great location, and amazing views. Garage parking, ski lockers, and luxury finishes/features contributed to the wonderful experience. Lisa made check-in a breeze and provided everything we needed prior to arrival. We never waited more than 5 minutes for Dial-A-Ride when we were ready to hit the slopes. First ski trip to Telluride
Best stocked condo ever! Full complete kitchen (even with spice options). Cleaning and toiletry items plentiful also. Dial a Ride service excellent and a must. Not really a ski in and out condo, but ride service made it not a stress. Master bedroom and bath very roomy with plenty of storage. Secondary bedroom quite a bit smaller. No local tv, but lots of viewing options. The owner was extremely helpful with options for dining and any recommendations we needed. All the information was spot on.

We enjoyed staying at the 2 br condo on the Mountain in Telluride. Parking is cover and in the building and the amenities of the mountain village are nearby including the gondola which is free and terminates in Telluride.

My family had an AMAZING stay. Lisa, the management, was incredible: Communicative, accommodating, and so kind! She was available for any questions we had before and during our stay. We felt very comfortable in the condo! The condo was well equipped with whatever we needed and very clean. The views are incredible. We enjoyed sipping our coffee in the morning on the balcony. It was very close to restaurants and the grocery store. We would stay here over and over again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

In Love with Cassidy Ridge at Mountain Village
We just ended a 6 day stay at Cassidy Ridge and absolutely LOVED the condo! It was perfect for our family of five! The views from the condo are truly breathtaking and the property manager, Elisa, was extremely communicative and available during our stay!
