Great location
Nice, cozy location for our stay. Property manager was very responsive to questions. The location of the actual unit was confusing, hopefully this will be clarified in the check in instructions for future guests.

Great place and location
This condo was very well stocked, nice and comfortable with lots of light, and a great location just about a block from the slopes. Would definitely recommend, the only thing to note is that the bed is very firm and was a bit too hard for our comfort.

Clean, simple, convenient place
Located within a few blocks of gondola, free loop shuttle, downtown, market, liquor store etc. Nothing fancy but meets basic needs. Some cookware (couple of saucepans and skillets), no large pot for boiling pasta water. Great communication about check in etc

Just ok
The place was just ok. The building was kind of hard to navigate but access to the place itself was very easy. The place was over all clean but the sink smelled badly of mold and the bathtub/shower drained extremely slow. The one upside was, AvantStay was really easy to communicate with any when we needed to get the pack-n-play and high chair we has requested but didn’t find in the place when we got there.

Condo in Boomerang Village - Telluride
The condo was older but clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process could be improved because it was very difficult to find the condo unit and where to park. We couldn't follow the directions given in our email communication at all. We called Alpine Lodging and fortunately someone walked us through it on the phone. A map would have been very helpful especially since there are two Boomerang Village buildings. The location of the unit was great, a very short walk to the grocery store, Gondola, and downtown Telluride. We didn't move our car the whole time we were there. One suggestion is to add a wall mirror in the bedroom.

Good location in beautiful town
This condo is in a good location. We were able to walk to most places with our 4 year old daughter. The condo is a little outdated but was the perfect spot to get some rest after a long day of adventure.

Wonderful Location
The condo is in a wonderful location with a partial view of the gondola and mountainside. The family room was spacious and couch comfortable for relaxing. One small bathroom was fine for the two of us. The bedroom was interesting - the furniture was a hodge podge of mismatched items, with very odd light fixtures that weren't working 100%. The bedroom furniture could use some updating, as could the lights. The bed was comfortable enough. The condo is easily walking distance into town, to the gondola and to hiking trails. Parking is a challenge, but we stopped by the office when we were walking in downtown and they gave us some helpful tips on finding a parking spot. All in all, it was a good stay - hopefully the bedroom will get an update soon!

The condo is small; however, it has everything you need, it was cleaned, the neighborhood was quiet and the location excellent. The only challenge was the parking - there’s not enough for the amount of condos in the area.

Next time in Telluride, I'll pay for the higher end places
Description says parking can be a challenge. Hah! More like non-existent. Telluride has put down the hammer on public parking requiring permits almost on every street. At this unit, forget about finding parking. Its two hour limits everywhere and the free parking lot a block and half away does not allow overnight parking. So you have to worry about your car and needing to move it constantly while here. The unit itself...seriously needs modernizing. The carpet was old and stained. Fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling and an electric cover plate was broken in half, appearing to be danger hazard. A closet had an old toilet seat in it. The bed itself was comfortable and my kids did not complain about the futton. For being in Telluride, its cheap. But next time I will spend the money for a higher end hotel.

Poorly maintained unit
The complex was under remodel when we arrived. Trash was prolific and not all of it due to the workers. I figured maybe the room would be a refuge from this activity. Upon arrival at the front door, there was more garbage strewn about. Inside the room it was generally clean but the unit could use a weekend of scrubbing and repairing. I highly suggest looking elsewhere. I won't be back.

Almost perfect!
I read others reviews before booking this place, looked at many places to rent and chose this one. We travelled with 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 teens. The teens slept in the lounge on the sofa bed (actually, one slept in the recliner......so tired after skiing all day!) and we had the bedroom. Beds were comfy but I was glad we took sleeping bags (out of habit) because the extra bedding was rather sparce. The place has had some nice upgrades, the tile and fittings in the kitchen and bathroom were nice. Other reviews suggested the kitchen was less than great, this is true. But, the space is so small there really isnt much else that can be done without a complete remodel. The cupboards were very high and only my tall teen could reach anytihing, all the plates and cups and cooking pans etc are housed int eh upper cupboards becuase the fridge, cooker and dishwasher take up all the lower space. there was a little ladder to help us reach.....but the kitchen was less than brilliant. Very very basicaly kitted out too, but that wasnt a problem for us, we like simple. The location was AMAZING. the Galloping Goose bus comes right out back and lift 7 is right there. The town is like a fairy tale and the people so so friendly. There is a small place called "There" right next to the condo unit - recommend an apres-ski visit there. On the whole it was a great unit, just the kitchen lets it down a little.we had all our ski and boarding stuff outside and there was plenty of space for us to relax and sleep. And the staff at Telluride Lodging were awesome!

Everything was easy to walk to including the chair lift. The kitchen is a funky layout and kind of small but it works. Perfect for 2 people. And the most comfortable bed!
