This condo provides essential amenities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, 2.5 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen.
From the terrace, guests can enjoy ocean and mountain views, along with a refreshing breeze.

The complex does not have an elevator. Therefore, please note that access to the condo, which is located on the third floor, is only via stairs.

The condo's location offers easy access to nearby beaches like Playa Prieta and Playa la Penca, both within a 10-minute walk. A shared pool is also available on-site for guests. By car, you can reach Las Catalinas or Flamingo Marina in about 15 minutes, where you'll find dining and shopping options, as well as activity and tour opportunities.
