Lovely hotel with extremely attentive and helpful staff. Facilities were great. Food menu in the restaurant was a little limited so we got a taxi into Warwick the second night.

Check in was quick and easy , reception staff friendly . On entry to our room it’s dated , carpet very worn curtains torn and pelmet hanging off . On the window cill there were 2 dead ladybirds which made us think that the room hadn’t been cleaned . There were also flys in the room this raised alarm bells and we made our way back to reception . There were quite a few people waiting to be checked in so we waited to speak to staff when was quieter . As soon as we raised our concerns we was upgraded to the other side of the hotel in the Henry suite . Nice room still dated but clean .
Beds comfortable and slept well .
Breakfast next morning was good with a wide choice from hot food to cereal and pastries.
Would we stay again unfortunately not .

The room was beautiful, unfortunately the restaurant let the hotel down. Would definitely stay here again but not use the restaurant for an evening meal.

"Was staying overnight as watching The Script. Chosen as it was close to the venue. Booked 2 x double bed room which was really big. Bathroom was nicely decorated as was the room itself. We were on floor 3 on the left hand side the view wasn’t particularly nice but then did not come to look out of ..."
