You will fall asleep listening to the sound of the ocean, smell the sea and watch lobster-fishing boats hauling their traps. Out the back door you will find a myriad of wonderful wooded paths for walking. This is a family property where we have two cottages sitting almost side by side, both of which have beautiful views and everything you could want. The first cottage has 3 bedrooms (all second floor), a full bath and a half bath, the second cottage has 4 bedrooms, with a master bedroom and bath on the first floor, and another full bathroom and three bedrooms on the second floor. Master bedroom of new cottage has French doors opening onto the deck.

The cottages are simply furnished but have everything you need including well equip kitchens. If you feel like heading out, Rockland (15 min drive) offers excellent dining options, the Farnsworth Museum and great shopping.

These cottages are well suited for a small gathering/wedding/family reunion. There is water (family dock) access a short walk away for an additional fee ($300), as well as clay tennis courts. We welcome dogs also! we have an additional property located at the head of the harbor that can be accessed for swimming, bird watching etc. Please inquire.
