"We had requested an early check in and the hotel staff was kind enough to assist as we had kids. Due to an issue with our kids suite room, they had upgraded us to another suite with all the kids bed set up. The room service was gd. Personnel were more than happy to assist. We had left things behind and the hotel manged to find and assist us to bring it to us. Lounge access was good however the timings were not stated for what time the food will be unavailable. Overall really good hotel with the breakfast readily available. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay in malacca "

"Smooth check-in and check-out..room is clean but no plastic for dustbin..aircond, tv, bidet, plug points all good condition..the price for room and breakfast is too pricey for 3 star hotel and have to walk to Hatten Hotel for having breakfast. Strategic location for shopping, tourist attractions and meals."
